Inquiry & sourcing
Send the target models, trims, quantity, steering side and destination port. We confirm availability from stock or source to order.

Quotation & proforma invoice
You receive a written FOB / CIF / EXW quotation and a proforma invoice with unit specification, lead time and payment terms.

Deposit & procurement
After the deposit, units are purchased or reserved, registered for export and prepared (plates, deregistration, accessories).

Inspection & documents
Pre-shipment inspection (PSI / third party on request), customs declaration and the full export document set.

Shipping
RoRo or container loading at the agreed port. Balance payment against copy documents; we share vessel and ETA details.

Arrival & after-sales
Original documents released for customs clearance at destination. We stay available for parts and technical questions.
Incoterms we quote
- FOB
- Free On Board at a Chinese port (Shanghai, Ningbo, Tianjin, Guangzhou…). You arrange ocean freight and insurance.
- CIF
- Cost, Insurance & Freight to your destination port. We book RoRo or container space and insure the cargo.
- EXW
- Ex Works — collected from our yard; suitable when you use your own forwarder in China.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sell to individuals or only to businesses?
We work B2B with importers, dealers, fleet buyers and trading companies. Every order is quoted individually; there is no online checkout.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
FOB (Chinese port), CIF (your destination port) and EXW. Prices shown on the site are reference prices in USD and are confirmed in a written quotation.
Can you supply right-hand-drive or specific market specifications?
Tell us the destination market in your inquiry. We check steering side, homologation requirements and charging standards before quoting.
What are the payment terms?
Typically a deposit by T/T to start procurement and the balance before release of original shipping documents. Terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
How long does shipping take?
Preparation usually takes 2–4 weeks after deposit, depending on stock. Sea transit depends on the route; we share the vessel schedule and ETA after booking.
Who operates CarBoxHub?
CarBoxHub (carboxhub.com) is operated as an official sub-site of Autowel Motors (autowelmotors.com). Quotations and shipments are handled by the export team in Hangzhou, China; your contact is Han Zhou, General Manager.
Do you offer inspection before shipment?
Yes. We provide photo/video condition reports and can arrange pre-shipment inspection by a third party at your request.
